How do I submit a maintenance request?

Residents can submit maintenance requests 24/7 through our online Resident Portal. This ensures your request is logged and assigned to the appropriate vendor immediately. For life-threatening emergencies, please dial 911 first.

When is rent due and how can I pay?

Rent is due on the 1st of every month. Realsource Property Management offers convenient online payment options via eCheck (ACH) or credit card through your portal. We also accept certified funds at our Orlando office during business hours.

What is your policy on pets?

Many of our Orlando rental homes are pet-friendly, though specific policies are determined by the property owner. All pets must undergo a screening process. A non-refundable pet fee and monthly pet rent may apply based on the screening results.

How do I renew my lease agreement?

We typically reach out to residents 60 to 90 days before their lease expiration to discuss renewal options. If you wish to stay, the renewal process is handled electronically for a seamless experience without needing to visit our office.

What constitutes a maintenance emergency?

A maintenance emergency is any issue that poses an immediate threat to health, safety, or the property structure. This includes active flooding, total loss of heat or A/C during extreme Florida temperatures, or a broken main sewer line.

What if I'm late paying my rent?

Rent is due on the 1st of each month. If payment is not received by the 5th, a late fee will be automatically applied to your account as outlined in your lease agreement. Please contact our office via the Resident Portal if you anticipate any payment delays.

Pet Registration

All pets must be properly registered and current on vaccinations per local health ordinances.

Screening Fees

Standard screening is $20 for the first pet and $15 for additional pets to cover background verification.
