DAVID CHATBURN

Broker / Associate, Property Manager / REALTOR®
As a member of the two-person property management team for RealSource Property Management, David developed his property management business from the ground up and now currently manages 600 residential rental properties in the Central Florida marketplace. A broker since obtaining his license in 1986, David continually welcomes the everyday excitement and challenges of property management handling all of the “inside” aspects of the team including the accounting and bookkeeping responsibilities.

RICHARD (RICK) M. SEIN

Broker / Associate, Property Manager / REALTOR®
In addition to co-developing and cultivating the 600 residential rental properties managed by RealSource Property Management, Rick handles all of the outside sales aspects of RealSource’s property management division including showing properties, inspections and marketing. After acquiring his real estate license in 1991 he obtained his broker’s license in 2001. His skills in all aspects of the property management business are essential qualities in the property management field.

KATHY AMUNDSON

Assistant
I have worked with Realsource Property Management as an administrative assistant since November 2008.  I handle the incoming applications for properties along with ordering new leases, and lease renewals.  I also assist with setting up new properties as they come in.  As a group we handle daily calls with a multitude of questions along with maintenance requests.
I have watched Realsource grow from having an office of 4 employees to 9 plus multiple property managers.  One of the most important aspects of this job is customer service and that is one of the things that Realsource excels at.

JULIE COOK

Receptionist / Property Management Assistant
I have been apart of Realsource Property Management since September 2012. I greet tenants that come into the office, taking rent payments and entering work orders. I handle a variety of duties including high volume of calls, getting the mail done and sorted out. I perform multiple tasks such as  entering all invoices from our vendors to be paid. I also enter new vendors into our computer system. I set up files for new owners and property’s into AppFolio system. I also do various notice’s and certified mail from 7 day notices, claim of deposit etc.

I have been with Realsource Property Managment now for 2 1/2 years.  When I started with the company, everyone welcomed me with open arms, such a comfortable environment.  The job duties that I am responsible for is what most Administrative Assistants do.  Answering phones/tending to online maintenance requests, proposals, applications, networking on new vendors, invoicing, etc.
