With Realsource, you can have as much communication as you want, whether that be more or less. We also post updates to your Owner Portal so that you can be in-the-know wherever your are.

WHAT IS YOUR MONTHLY MANAGEMENT FEE?
Our management fee is a percent of the monthly rent depending on the size, location and number of properties. There is no monthly fee if the property is vacant.

ARE YOUR FEES NEGOTIABLE?
Our fees are very competitive and therefore are not negotiable. The cost of using a property manager is determined by the quality of service, efficiency and the manner in which we solve problems. We feel that our fee structure accurately reflects the quality and high demand of our management services.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF THE TENANT CALLS ME?

Responsible tenants are valuable assets to both of us. A satisfied tenant can bring us referral business and will be more inclined to care for your property as if it was their own. As the owner of the property, it is best that you avoid direct communication with the resident and refer all inquiries to our office.

HOW DO YOU MAKE SURE THAT THE TENANT IS TAKING GOOD CARE OF MY PROPERTY?

  • Inspections at owners request.
  • Rental deposit of at least one months rent.
  • Access to our maintenance center 24/7 everyday of the year.
  • Tenants can easily submit maintenance request online
  • Realsource staffs a dedicated maintenance coordinator to oversee all maintenance.

HOW DO YOU HANDLE MAINTENANCE REQUESTS?
​The Realsource staff handles all maintenance requests for you; however, you will always be notified of possible or necessary large expenses. See Maintenance for more information.

DO YOU USE THE CHEAPEST MAINTENANCE PEOPLE YOU CAN FIND?
We do not! Using the cheapest approach to a repair will most likely cause you more money in the future as the problem will simply worsen over time. We use trusted vendors who provide quality work at fair prices. 

MY UNCLE IS FAIRLY HANDY, CAN YOU USE HIM FOR REPAIR WORK?
No, for liability reasons, we only hire insured and licensed vendors to work on your home.
