As a tenant you have both rights and responsibilities.  Prior to moving-in to your new home, we’ll meet with you to make sure you know everything you need to know about your new rental contract and home.

Now for the fine print, the Lease Details…
 All Realsource properties are NON SMOKING.    Lease duration is ONE YEAR.

The refundable security deposit, in most cases, is equal to one month’s rent.  Pet deposit and/or increased security deposit may increase move-in expenses.  Rent will be prorated the 2nd month for mid-month move-ins.  Move in rent is equal to one full month’s rent.

$65 Application Fee (individuals 18 and older planning to reside in the unit are required to complete an application)   Individuals may apply online at 4rentorlando.com .   Applications are considered complete when all individuals, age 18 and over intending to reside in the property, have submitted an application with the requested documentation, and all application fees are paid.  Completed applications will be reviewed in the order they are received.  Once applications are screened, the fee is non-refundable.  If your application is received, but not screened because the property is no longer available, your screening fee will be refunded.

Pet Policy:  Most of our properties (check property listing) may consider one cat or one dog with an additional $300 pet deposit.  Must show proof of vaccinations, license and spay/neutering of pets.  Aggressive breed dogs not allowed.  No Large Aquariums.  No agricultural animals.

Approved applicants will be asked to remit a holding deposit that will convert to your security deposit.  You will be required to remit the holding deposit within 72 hours of application approval and will be non-refundable once remitted.
