lucy sing349 days agoI've had Realsource as my property manager for 15 years. Both owners Rick and David are professional, hard-working, honest, and trustworthy (please note that I've also used other property managers over the years and found some of them are really not honest and trustworthy). Over the years the company has continuously updated the management software, which serves both owner and tenant well. It's very easy to obtain documents such as transaction details, monthly statement, leases, repair request, and original repair receipts (yes, this is important because some other managers will never give you the original receipt. Instead, they'll generate their own receipt after adding a 15% fee without telling you!). I mostly communicate with the team through emails, and get quick responses within a couple hours. By using real-estate attorneys, the leases and all legal actions are always in compliance with the latest Florida state and county codes, which certainly give me peace of mind. The company is also very responsive to tenants' repair requests. If there's urgent matters a call will be made to the owner or repairman even during the weekend or off-hours. As an owner I surely appreciate their fast action. I highly recommend Realsource to any rental property owner in central Florida area.Posted on Google
