RealSource Property Management, LLC has managed our rental property for over 20 years. David Chatburn and his team are very professional and collect our rents in a timely manner. They advise us when we should raise rents, make property repairs, and find qualified tenants.
Whenever we have a problem, we can reach out to Dave or someone on his team to get the problem resolved quickly.

I have had the pleasure of having this company, Realsource Property Management managing my property continuously since 2006. They go above and beyond by thoroughly screening all the tenants, hence, I had quality renters. Everyone in the office is professional, courteous, and communicates effectively. Concerns are addressed promptly and there is transparency as it relates to their fees. The monthly statements are detailed and funds are collected and disbursed timely. The leases are very detailed and in alignment with the bylaws. I would without hesitation, recommend Realsource Property Management as a reputable, honest, reliable, and professional property management company.
